Q: How & when can I receive the picks after making payments?
A: All picks are delivered by sms text message & email up to 1 hour
before match starts. Normally, you can expect to get the picks
between 12:00 and 15:00 GMT (local UK time). If you don't get the
picks after 15:00 GMT, please email us asap.
Q: What if the paid picks I purchased draw or lose?
A: You get 2 free picks for each paid picks purchased, ending in
draw or lose. Results based on Asian Handicap Odds delivered with
the picks. 1 free picks will be delivered for each match day, on the
next 2 match days, starting from the next available match day. All
free picks are delivered by sms text message & email accordingly.
Q: What happen if the 2 free picks also draw or lose?
A: No further free picks replacement will be given. However, if both
free picks draw or lose (results either 1D-1L or 2D or 2L), you will
receive 1 extra paid picks free on your next purchase. Next purchase
must be 7 days or less, from time of last picks.
Q: Can I request for free trial picks before I join?
A: Unfortunately we don't support free trial picks due to abuse from
previous experiences. Furthermore, we like to be fair to our members
who paid for the picks.
